Despite all the precautions that are taken to find your finger size, it can happen that at the reception it is not the right size.

Orders are shipped in 48 hours

Your package will be shipped the same day as your order if it is placed before 12:00 noon (excluding weekends and holidays).

In busy periods, the preparation of the order can take up to 48/72 hours.

You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the proper delivery of your package.

Costs and delivery times

Free express delivery in France for all subscriptions with a commitment of at least 12 months.

Home delivery via Colissimo express to Metropolitan France in 24 to 48 hours.

Home delivery via Colissimo express to the European Union (except France), the United Kingdom, Ireland and French overseas territories in 4 to 7 working days depending on the destination: 12.90€ TTC.

Delivery outside the European Union is not yet available.

For Switzerland, customs fees may be applied and are charged to the customer.

The delivery is always made against signature. You will receive an e-mail from Colissimo if you wish to change the delivery day or if you prefer to have it dropped off at a relay point.

Attention : Les bagues Aeklys activées ne sont ni reprises, ni échangées.

Exchange conditions

In the event of exchange, Aeklys must be turned over in its packing of origin, in its state of origin, new, not carried and not activated.

Taking into account the unique character that your Aeklys takes when you activate it, this one can be neither taken again, nor exchanged in accordance with the article L121-21-8 of the Code of the consumption:

"The right of withdrawal can not be exercised, for contracts: (...)Of supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized ... ".

It results from it that after activation of your Aeklys you will not have any more the faculty to invoke any right of retractation.

Return procedure

ICARE Technologies offers you the possibility to return your purchased products FREE of charge within 14 days after your purchase date, via Colissimo (within the limit of 1 per customer) from the European Union.

To take advantage of a return or an exchange of size, follow the procedure by visiting the return form.

If the Customer does not wish to use the prepaid Colissimo service or if he/she makes a return from the DOM-TOM or another country than those of the European Union, he/she will have to send back the Product(s) at his/her own expense, except in the case where he/she would have received a product with a manufacturing defect or not corresponding to the initial order of the Customer. In this case, the Customer must contact customer service via the page Contact of the site in order to obtain a prepaid return voucher.

The return is at the risk of the Customer. Aeklys must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn and unactivated.

If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, in particular the conditions of return, ICARE Technologies will not be able to issue a refund or a credit note for the Products concerned.

For returns from Switzerland, the customer must contact customer service on the page Contact to obtain a pre-paid return label.

Refund policy

If your Aeklys is not the right size, we will exchange it.

- The first return via Colissimo from the European Union is free.

You can return for a full refund or a size exchange your Aeklys product intact, fully functional and not having been activated.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note:

- Original orders are limited to one ring size change or refund.
- Non-exchanged gift cards and orders purchased with gift cards are not refundable.

To return your Aeklys product, please follow the steps below:

- Please submit a return request through the form in the contact tab or directly at support@icaretech.fr

- Your Aeklys can no longer be returned if it has been activated.

- Carefully pack the product with all the accessories that originally came with your purchase so that it is not damaged in transit. We suggest that you use the original packaging if possible.

- Insert the copy of the return slip inside your package.

 

You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges. You assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for your protection. If the product is damaged or if the accessories originally included with your purchase are missing, ICARE Technologies reserves the right to refuse the return or charge for any damage to the product and any missing parts.

Refund and exchange periods

Upon receipt of your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Your refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your Aeklys and automatically on the account associated with the credit card used during payment.

In the case of an exchange (larger or smaller size on the same product), a battery examination will be carried out before reshipping.
