DELIVERY INFORMATION

The rings are shipped via Colissimo within 1 to 2 working days. At the time of shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email. This number will indicate the status of your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Despite all the precautions taken to find your finger size it may happen that at the reception it is still not the right size. If your ring has not been activated you can return it with the return form.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS)

Your package is shipped the same day as your order if it is placed before 12:00 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During busy periods, the preparation of the order may take up to 48/72 hours.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the proper delivery of your package.

COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

EXPRESS DELIVERY IN FRANCE OFFERED FOR AEKLYS BY STARCK

Home delivery via Colissimo express to Metropolitan France in 24 to 48 hours: 4.90€ TTC.

Home delivery via Colissimo express to the European Union (excluding France), the United Kingdom, Ireland and the French overseas territories in 4 to 7 working days depending on the destination: 12.90€ including VAT.

Delivery outside the European Union is not yet available. For Switzerland, customs fees may be applied and are charged to the customer.

Delivery is always against signature. You will receive an e-mail from Colissimo if you wish to change the delivery day or if you prefer to drop it off at a relay point.

TERMS OF RETURN

You have received your Aeklys but the size does not suit you?

Don't worry, you can return it without any time limit(if not activated).

Attention: Activated Aeklys rings are neither returned nor exchanged.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

In case of exchange, Aeklys must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, not worn and not activated.

Given the unique character that your Aeklys takes when you activate it, it can be neither returned nor exchanged in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code:

"The right of withdrawal can not be exercised, for contracts : (...) 3° Of supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized ... ".

As a result, after activation of your Aeklys you will no longer have the option of invoking any right of withdrawal.

RETURN PROCEDURE

ICARE Technologies gives you the opportunity to return purchased products within 14 days of your purchase date.


- Returns via Colissimo from the European Union are offered for Aeklys by Starck.


- Returns are at the expense of the customer for Aeklys One.

To take advantage of a return or an exchange of size, follow the procedure by visiting the return form.

If the Customer does not wish to use the prepaid Colissimo service or if he/she makes a return from the DOM-TOM or another country than those of the European Union, he/she will have to send back the Product(s) at his/her own expense, except in the case where he/she would have received a product with a manufacturing defect or not corresponding to the initial order of the Customer. In this case, the Customer must contact customer service via the page Contact of the site in order to obtain a prepaid return voucher.

The return is at the Customer's risk. Aeklys must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn and unactivated.

If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, in particular the conditions of return, ICARE Technologies will not be able to issue a refund or a credit note for the Products concerned.

For returns from Switzerland, the customer must contact customer service on the page Contact to obtain a pre-paid return label.

Refund policy

If your Aeklys doesn't fit, we exchange it.

-The first return via Colissimo from the European Union is offered.

You may return for a full refund or size exchange your undamaged, fully functional and non-activated Aeklys product.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note:

- Original orders are limited to one change of
ring size or refund.

- Unexchanged gift cards and orders purchased with
gift cards are not refundable.

To return your Aeklys product, please follow the
steps below: 

- Please submit a return request through the form in the contact tab or directly at [email protected]

- Your Aeklys cannot be returned if it has been activated.

- Carefully pack the product with all the accessories that originally came with your purchase so that it is not damaged in transit. We suggest that you use the original packaging if possible.

-Insert the copy of the return slip inside your package.

- Ship the product to the address we provide.

You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges. You assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for your protection. If the product is damaged or if the accessories originally included with your purchase are missing, ICARE Technologies reserves the right to refuse the return or charge for any damage to the product and any missing parts. 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE PERIODS

Upon receipt of your return, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Your refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your Aeklys and automatically on the account associated with the credit card used for payment.

In the case of an exchange (larger or smaller size on the same product) upon receipt and review by our Customer Service.

The shipment of your new Aeklys is triggered.
